    • Classes Offer M-W-Th | Attend up to 3 classes per week
    • Ages 9 and under attend each day at 4:30-5:30 PM
    • Ages 10+ attend each day at 5:30 or 6:30 PM

    Monthly membership (4) One-hour individual sessions with one of our certified fitness professionals
    • Individual training with certified fitness professional
    • (4) Four one hour sessions per month
    • Goal setting and progress tracking

  • Individual Strength & Conditioning

    Every week
    10-week Program: May 27 - August 2
    Valid for 10 weeks
    • For maximum results over 10-week program
    • Customized workouts based on assessments and goals
    • Includes 2 individual training sessions per week
    • Includes Youth Conditioning Class on Thursdays at 6 PM at JC
