    Semi-private training up to 3 days per week for juniors designed for injury prevention, strength, and speed development
     
    • Monthly membership for junior golfers
    • Improves strength, explosiveness, and flexibility
    • Attend up to 3 sessions per week
    • Ages 9 and under: M-W-Thu from 4:30-5:30 PM
    • Ages 10+: M-W-Th from 5:30-6:30 or 6:30-7:30 PM
  • PV: Small Group Junior Fitness 1x/Week

    175$
    Every month
    +$40 Membership Welcome Kit
    Semi-private training 1 day per week for juniors designed for injury prevention, strength, and speed development
     
    • Monthly membership for junior golfers
    • Improves strength, explosiveness, and flexibility
    • Attend 1 session per week
    • Ages 9 and under: M-W-Th at 4:30-5:30 PM
    • Ages 10+: M-W-Th at 5:30-6:30 or 6:30-7:30 PM
  • PV: 1x/Week Individual Monthly Plan

    +$40 Membership Welcome Kit
    Monthly membership (4) One-hour individual sessions with one of our certified fitness professionals
     
    • Individual training with certified fitness professional
    • (4) Four one hour sessions per month
    • Goal setting and progress tracking
    • By appointment only
