Small group classes designed for every fitness level

Class Overview

Our adult small group fitness classes combine the expertise of personal training with
the energy and accountability of working out with others. Designed for adults 40+
prioritizing strength, stability, and mobility, each session delivers varied, engaging
workouts that never feel repetitive or boring. Experience personalized coaching in a
supportive environment where fitness meets community.

Plans range from 2 classes/week to UNLIMITED classes/week and you can attend any day and any class based on your own schedule. Drop in rates for individual classes are also available through our online booking tool.
