OVERVIEW

Our adult small group fitness classes combine the expertise of personal training with
the energy and accountability of working out with others. Designed for adults 40+
prioritizing strength, stability, and mobility, each session delivers varied, engaging
workouts that never feel repetitive or boring. Experience personalized coaching in a
supportive environment where fitness meets community.

Plans range from 2 classes/week to UNLIMITED classes/week and you can attend any day and any class based on your own schedule. Drop in rates for individual classes are also available through our online booking tool.​​​
