GROUP CLASSES

YOUTH FITNESS GROUP CLASSES

 Youth ages 10+ can join Peak Coaches in daily group workouts that incorporate strength training, speed and agility drills, sport training and games to get everyone excited and engaged.

​

Plans range from 1 class/week to UNLIMITED classes/week and you can attend any day based on your own schedule.​​​

    Group strength and conditioning for middle and high school athletes
     
    • UNLIMITED 1-hour Group Classes - M-F* (5 or 6 p.m.)
    • Max of 12 athletes per group class time**
    • Challenge Weeks to track progress
  • 1x/Week Youth Athlete Class

    175$
    Every month
    Group strength and plyometric training for middle and high school athletes
     
    • 1x/week 1-hour Group Classes - M-F* (5 or 6 p.m.)
    • Includes additional Thursday 6 p.m. Conditioning Class
    • Max of 12 athletes per group class time**
    • Challenge Weeks to track progress
