GROUP CLASSES

YOUTH FITNESS GROUP CLASSES

 Youth ages 10+ can join Peak Coaches in daily group workouts that incorporate strength training, speed and agility drills, sport training and games to get everyone excited and engaged.

Plans range from 1 class/week to UNLIMITED classes/week and you can attend any day based on your own schedule.

6:00 PM | Plyometrics & HIIT

6:00 PM | Pure Strength 

WEDNESDAYS

5:00 PM | Pure Strength

6:00 PM | Advanced Plyo & Sport-Specific

THURSDAYS

6:00 PM | Group Conditioning

FRIDAYS

5:00 PM | Speed & Agility

6:00 PM | Pure Strength
