HOW TO BECOME
A MEMBER

1. LET'S CHAT

Reach out to us via phone or email us to chat about your needs and goals. We will discuss the options best suited for you and answer any questions you have! 

2. SCHEDULE YOUR FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Before you register for your plan, we will set-up a time for you to come in for your first fitness assessment.

3. REGISTER FOR YOUR PLAN

Complete the online registration for your training plan.

4. MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS

We will reassess you every month and/or quarter to gauge progress and help ensure you are reaching your milestones.

  • What if I am new to working out?
    All exercises included in the workouts have detailed instructions to accompany the video example. Included in those instructions are ways to regress and progress each exercise. This way, you can start at a level that suits your abilities and see yourself improve overtime.
  • How many people can use the subscription?
    We know how important it is to have a supportive unit around you, so we encourage you to get your spouse, parents, kids, roommates, dogs, cats, whoever, involved! While you will only have one login, you are welcome to share your Peak subscription with anyone in your household.
  • Where can I download the App?
    Don't want to have to type in the URL on your phone - we get it! We created an app that is a mobile version of the Peak site so all you have to do is click the Peak logo and be on your way to success! You can download the app in the Google Play Store or in the App Store by searching Peak Level Performance.
  • What equipment is recommended?
    With Peak, you do not need much! Every exercise we provide in your workouts can be done at home. We do recommend a few, low cost pieces of equipment. - Dumbbells (start light and work your way up over time) - Mini Resistance Bands (these are flat and fit around the hips/ankles) - Tube Resistance Bands (these have clips for different handle/ankle strap attachments) - Swiss Ball (size will be dependent on your height) - Yoga Mat (high density is great for those with sensitive knees for floor exercises) - Medicine Ball (light weight - or you can use a sports ball)
  • How do I login?
    If on your phone, click the three lines on the right hand corner. Scroll down to Members Only. A "Sign Up" box will populate. Click "Log In" just below. Enter your username and password and click "Log In". If you are on the computer, you can click either Members Only or My Climb in the top right hand corner. A "Sign Up" box will populate. Click "Log In" just below. Enter your username and password and click "Log In".
  • When will my subscription fees be charged?
    Monthly payments are processed every thirty days beginning from the subscriber's join date.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    If you feel that you need to cancel your membership, please email us to let us know at info@peaklevelperformance.com. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation of your cancellation. Please allow 30 days for the subscription to be cancelled and for your recurring payment to be stopped.
  • Where are you located?

  • I am interested in joining, but I don't know what the next steps are...
    Great to hear that you are interested in our programs! We have lots of opportunities for youth and adults, and the best first step is to schedule a meeting with one of our fitness professionals so we can learn more about your goals and see how we can help.
  • Do you work with kids and adults?
    Our company is a private training studio and we are adapted to work with people of all ages. We start programs for youth as young as six and work with individuals all the way up to ninety. We offer individual and class programs for youth clients, and individual / semi-private programs for adults.
  • How much do the programs cost?
    We have programs that meet different budgets and needs. We always tell everyone you can't put a price on your health, but we understand everyone has a budget. For more information regarding pricing, please reach out to us at 904.675.1516.
