RJ MILFORD
Owner and Founder
With a background in sports and fitness, RJ specializes in adult personal training, weight loss, and youth athletic training. He is also a PGA Professional with years of experience teaching players of all skill levels and ages. He is able to assess your movement patterns, develop realistic goals, and implement a fitness or golf program designed to make you a stronger person and/or more effective athlete.

DONNELL HARRIS
Lead Coach & Operations Director
Donnell is a former collegiate wide receiver from Texas, specializing in speed and agility training. As the Lead Coach and Operations Director for Peak's studio at Julington Creek, Donnell leads the team of incredible trainers and fitness professionals as well as coaches adults and youth in personal training and group classes.
With his experience working with young athletes, Donnell brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping them reach their full potential. He holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's in Coaching, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

JOHNNY DAVIS
Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach
Johnny is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, Speed and Strength Coach, and Sport-Specific Coach with a deep passion for helping others unlock their full athletic potential. He earned his degree in Sports Management from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia, where he developed a strong foundation in performance training, motivation, and program design.
Whether he's training an athlete to move faster, get stronger, or build the confidence to push past limits, his mission remains the same: to guide every client toward lasting results through focused coaching, accountability, and smart training. He is incredibly excited to partner with individuals of all fitness levels here at Peak to help them reach and exceed their goals.

BRANDON CONETTA
Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach
Brandon is a fitness professional with a strong background in movement and human performance. He earned his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a NASM-certified personal trainer as well as a certified stretch and flexibility coach. His training approach focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing functional fitness to support real-life movement and long-term health.
Brandon is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall quality of life. He believes fitness should be practical, sustainable, and tailored to each individual, whether the goal is better performance, reduced pain, or simply feeling more confident in daily activities. Through thoughtful coaching and a movement-first mindset, he works to help others build healthier, more capable bodies for the long run.

REID MACAVOY
Group Fitness Coach
Reid is a student at University of North Florida studying Sports Management. He brings his passion for fitness and sports to the Peak team to support our Outreach and Youth Class programs, helping kids find their own love of exercise. Reid is actively pursuing his Personal Training certification to expand his knowledge and impact more Peak members.

LEXIE MILFORD
Co-Owner and Group Coach
With over 15 years of experience in coaching and working in youth development programs, Lexie brings her expertise as a PGA Professional and certified coach to Peak's programming. She is passionate about making youth activities fun and using them as a foundation for building character. She loves designing engaging lessons and activities that follow Peak's missions while also supporting the team behind the scenes through a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Coach Dubisky has experience helping student athletes achieve their full potential for over 35 years. As a physical education teacher, he coached students using fun activities that help his students to develop the skills they need as an athlete.

EMMA DUBISKY
Youth Fitness Coach
Emma brings her experience as a classroom teacher to our after school youth fitness program. She loves when a student masters a skill or develops a new healthy habit. Emma enjoys impacting her students by encouraging them to participate in a healthy and active lifestyle.
