LITTLE ATHLETES SUMMER PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Strong Starts. Big Confidence.
Our Little Athletes program is the perfect introduction to athletic training for kids ages 6–11. This summer-only program blends strength, speed, and conditioning in a fun, supportive environment — helping young athletes build a strong foundation for future sports and fitness.
Through two small-group classes per week, kids will develop coordination, body awareness, and confidence — all while learning proper movement patterns and staying active during the summer months. Led by experienced coaches who know how to make fitness fun, Little Athletes is where strength and confidence start to grow.
