Elevate your kid's performance with training to maximize their potential. Decrease risk for injuries, increase their level of competitive play, and give your young star more opportunities for success. ​​By training with Peak, youth athletes improve strength, endurance, speed, balance, power, and flexibility to perform at their best.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: AGES 10-18 at JULINGTON CREEK
Designed for middle and high school athletes and focused on building muscular strength, conditioning, speed, agility, injury prevention, and hypertrophy, as well as building overall healthy habits to carry with them for a lifetime.

INDIVIDUAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: ALL AGES at ALL LOCATIONS
For the individual athlete wanting to get maximum results within the 10-week program. Workouts are tailored to the athlete based on their pre-program assessment and goals. All elements of the program are tracked and progress is shared throughout the summer.​

LITTLE ATHLETES TRAINING: AGES 6-9 at JULINGTON CREEK
Designed for kids that are aiming to improve their gross motor skills, speed, agility, and looking for a fun program that will support their development.
