SUMMER INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Designed for motivated youth athletes, this program focuses on building total-body strength, improving movement mechanics, and enhancing overall athletic performance. With individualized training plans tailored to each athlete's goals and sport, our expert coaches deliver targeted sessions that develop strength, power, balance, and core stability — all while reducing the risk of injury.

Program Highlights

Plans range start at a minimum of 2 sessions/week or go up to 3 sessions/week.

 

Once registered, book your individual sessions based on your own schedule. Summer training plans are valid for 9 weeks of training.

SPEED & AGILITY

Built for serious youth athletes, this high-energy program is designed to improve speed, quickness, and overall movement efficiency. With expert coaching and focused drills, athletes develop better mobility, acceleration, footwork, and top-end speed — all while gaining the confidence to compete at a higher level.

  • Technique-based coaching for safe, effective movement

  • Focus on mobility, flexibility, and coordination
